At BloomBoost, we partner with reliable global fulfillment centers to make sure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Because we use a more sustainable, made-to-order style of fulfillment, shipping times can vary depending on demand and logistics.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing, your order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location.

This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Busy seasons, customs checks, weather issues, or carrier delays can extend delivery times.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these estimated shipping windows.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update while the package moves through international hubs.

Delivery Delays

Because we clearly communicate our extended delivery window:

  • Shipping delays are not a valid reason for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

  • AirEase is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it:

Please first check with neighbors, your local post office, carrier office, or building management.

AirEase is not responsible for packages that go missing after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, please contact us at shopbloomboost@gmail.com so we can help investigate.

Incorrect Address

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

AirEase is not liable for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Customs & Import Fees

Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by AirEase.
